Our philisophy

Black Birch was created by a guide, for a high quality, lower cost alternative to the highest name brands on the market. We want to offer a professionals only discount and program for those of you who want to elevate your fishing equipment.

The Black Birch Pro Staff program is a membership program for qualified fishing professionals, guides, and partners on the water. This is an exclusive membership done by application, and will be approved on a case by case basis. Please read the process below to see if you qualify.

Eligibility

Please take the time to apply to our pro program if you are one of the following;

  • Outfitter/Guide

  • Professional Fishermen

  • Tournament Fisher

  • Working in the fishing space (retail,

Proof Of Eligibility

All proof of eligibility require your name and current date. If there is any other sensitive informaiton, please black that out for your privacy. Have all relevant inforamation ready during your application. Accepted forms of documentation include:

  • Paystub dated within 30 days of application date

  • Work ID

  • Current Certificaiton

  • Dated verification letter from your employer

  • Outdoor media professionals must submit a current contract with an outdoor brand, your media profile, or other featured information about you.

Application Process

If you have all the qualifications, and you are ready to apply, there are a few things to do.

  1. Email blackbirchfishing@outlook.com with the information below.

  2. Your name, age, address, and fishing experience

  3. Your profession and relevant proof of eligibility

  4. If you are a guide, the location of the majority of your fishing.

Once sent, give us a week or so to look over your application. Once confirmed, we will contact you about exact responsibilites and benefits to our pro program!

Benefits

Being a part of our pro program will open strong discounts to all of our products! These exculsive deals are only half of your benefits. Further, once you spend a cumulative amount of 250 CAD, you will receive a discount code exclusive to you. You can promote the product however you like, and if there are 8 rods purchased with your discount code (exculsions apply), you will recieve a free customized Nightshade fishing rod. This will then reset, and you can earn as many free rods as you promote Black Birch Fishing. This is our thank you to using and promoting our product!
